'Sorry, Promise Adhura Reh Gaya': Aly Goni Pens An Emotional Note For Sonali Phogat After Her Death

BJP Leader Sonali Phogat's death has left fans devastated. Sonali gained popularity for her stint in Bigg Boss 14, where she was introduced as a wild card contestant.
She might not have won the show, but she became a famous star on platforms like Instagram and Tiktok. She regularly posted updates about her whereabouts and even uploaded dance videos.
Reacting to the news of Sonali's death, her former Bigg Boss housemate Aly Goni shared a heartfelt condolence message for her.
On Tuesday, Aly Goni posted a video of himself and the late actor and politician Sonali Phogat. He wrote her a touching letter after uploading the video. Bigg Boss 14 contestant Sonali had admitted in an interview that she had "feelings" for Aly.
Sharing an emotional video where Aly can be seen dancing with Phogat, he captioned the post as:
"Samajh nahi aa raha kya bolu (I am short of words). You messaged me two days back, gave me so many blessings, and told me how much you loved my new song, and you asked me if I would do the same kind of song with you, and I promised you I will. But I m sorry, Sonali Ji yeh promise ab adhura reh gaya (I am sorry Sonali Ji, I couldn't fulfill my promise). You will be missed, and may God rest your beautiful soul in peace."
Sonali Phogat, a participant on Bigg Boss 14 who hailed from Haryana, entered as a wild card. She made a friend during the show in Aly. Even though she knew he was in love with actor Jasmin Bhasin, she also said she felt something for him.
She later received criticism for having feelings for a man who was younger than she was. Despite what anyone said, Aly always handled Sonali's affection and inclination towards him gracefully.
Sonali's feelings were respected both during and after the show by Aly. Aly had even vowed to take Sonali on a date after her elimination from the show after she left the house.
Everyone is shocked by Sonali's sudden death, including her sister, who alleges that Sonali's food was poisoned.
While speaking to a local news channel, Sonali's sister alleged that the politician was fine and was also going out for a shoot. She had informed them that she would return by August 27. However, yesterday morning, August 22, the actor informed her mother that she felt uneasy after consuming her food.
Sonali's sister said, "At night, she said that a conspiracy was being run behind her." She added that Sonali had a hunch that something had been added to her meal. Quoting Sonali, her sister said, "Mere pe kuch saazish ho rahi hai..."
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and actress Sonali Phogat died in Goa, police confirmed on Tuesday.
She was 42. As per reports, she suffered a heart attack. Sonali is survived by her teenage daughter Yashodhara.
