World Cup 2023 Final: Not Dua Lipa, Jonita Gandhi, Akasa And Other Celebs Are Set To Perform
After rumours of Dua Lipa performing at World Cup 2023, it is now confirmed that not she but an interesting lineup of Indian artists are performing.
The world is excited about the ICC World Cup 2023 and people can¡¯t wait for the historic day to arrive. On 19th November, India will play against Australia to win the coveted trophy. Other than the final match, BCCI has planned other segments for the day which includes several celebrities performing live.
If Dua Lipa isn¡¯t performing then who is?
Earlier there were reports that the Levitating singer will be arriving in India to perform but BCCI has shut all rumours and shared that the show will be studded with Indian musicians entertaining the audiences. The World Cup will be held at Ahmedabad¡¯s Narendra Modi Stadium.
Khalasi fame Aditya Gadhvi alongside Pritam Chakraborty, Jonita Gandhi, Nakash Aziz, Amit Mishra, Akasa Singh, and Tushar Joshi will be displaying their talent.
Reportedly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also be present alongside two former Cup-winning captains Kapil Dev and Mahendra Singh Dhoni to watch the match from the stands which will also have the who¡¯s who of India including actors, cricketers and their families members.

The highlight of the entire lineup is Aditya Gadhvi who took the internet by storm with Coke Studio's Gujarati song Khalasi.
It was earlier this month that PM Modi lauded Aditya and tweeted, "Khalasi is topping the charts, and Aditya Gadhvi is winning hearts with his music. This video evokes memories from a special interaction.¡±
This wasn¡¯t the first time but Aditya was also appreciated as a teenager by PM Modi when he was serving as Gujarat¡¯s CM.

What more to expect from Cricket World Cup 2023?
This year the BCCI has announced that it will present a special blazer to all World Cup-winning captains from 1975 to 2019 including West Indies¡¯ Clive Lloyd (1975 and 1979 World Cup-winning captain), India's Kapil Dev (1983 World Cup-winning captain), Australia's Allan Border (1987 World Cup-winning captain) and Australia's Steve Waugh (1999 World Cup-winning captain).
This list also includes Ricky Ponting (2003 and 2007 World Cup-winning captain), India's MS Dhoni (2011 World Cup-winning captain), Australia's Michale Clarke (2015 World Cup-winning captain) and England's Eoin Morgan (2019 World Cup-winning captain). For the unversed, Morgan and Ponting are already in India as part of the commentary team.
It¡¯s unclear whether Sri Lanka's 1996 World Cup-winning captain, Arjuna Ranatunga and Pakistan's 1992 World Cup-winning captain, Imran Khan are invited or not.
