For the unversed, Kiara Advani¡¯s real name is Alia. The actress changed her name before her first film Fugly (2014). Advani¡¯s name was inspired by Priyanka Chopra¡¯s Anjaana Anjani¡¯s character. Interestingly, actor Salman Khan was the one who advised Kiara to change her name as Alia Bhatt was already a prominent name in the industry.

Another fun fact about Kiara is that she's related to former Miss India Juhi Chawla, and veteran actor Ashok Kumar.
Kiara talked about it in an earlier interview and revealed, ¡°Basically, my grandfather got married and my nani¨Cwho he got remarried to, is the daughter of Ashok Kumar. So by marriage, I am related to Ashok Kumar. My grandfather¡¯s brother is Saeed Jaffrey. But the sad part is, I have never met either of them. I got to know more about them, once I told my parents I wanted to get into films.¡±

Addressing her relationship with Juhi Chawla, Kiara said, ¡°My parents are childhood friends with a couple of actors, I had never even met¡ except for Juhi aunty (Juhi Chawla), who is my father¡¯s childhood friend. She was the only person I met. She is very grounded. I never felt that she was a huge film star, and she was just like my parent¡¯s friends. We would meet at birthday parties.¡±

¡°I would be dancing and choreographing dances with her kids. I was one of those kids. All of them would be my backup dancers. That would be the extent of the filminess.¡± Juhi reached Jaisalmer for Kiara¡¯s wedding and was spotted saying, ¡°I am here to attend the wedding. Badhai hai unko aur hamari blessings hai. Bahut hi sundar Jodi hai Sidharth aur Kiara ki.¡±
Sidharth and Kiara reportedly started dating on the sets of their film Shershaah. Although the couple never talked about their relationship publicly, it was Bollywood¡¯s cupid Karan Johar who made the individuals indirectly reveal their brewing romance. The wedding festivity started back on 4th February and shall end up with the much-awaited wedding on 7th February.
