Main Atal Hoon Trailer Wins Hearts, Fans Say Pankaj Tripathi¡¯s Dialogues Are Giving Goosebumps

The second trailer for the much awaited biopic Main Atal Hoon starring Pankaj Tripathi, which is based on the life of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, was released on Tuesday. The video captures the significance of Vajpayee's political journey in India.

It includes brief clips of the late politician criticizing Indira Gandhi, the prime minister at the time, during the Emergency. APJ Abdul Kalam Azad, the previous president, and Vajpayee have moving moments in the trailer after the historic nuclear test at Pokhran.

Reacting to the clip, one wrote, "Standing ovation for this, it's a masterpiece. The visuals, the music, everything is on point. It's going to be a blockbuster for sure!¡±

A fourth went on to add, ¡°Can we just appreciate the efforts Mr. Pankaj Tripathi has put to this movie and not just efforts his dil-o-jaan to each and every character he has played till now. A huge round of applause and a standing ovation to the efforts he gave. ¡±

Pankaj Tripathi Talks About The Love He Gets From People

¡°I just say what I feel like. I¡¯m glad people connect to it. Janta (public) has made me popular with memes and reels. I¡¯m the hero of the audience, they made me a popular actor. I don¡¯t know marketing and all. Earlier, I would turn up for interviews and events dressed casually, but now I dress up,¡± Tripathi told PTI.

¡°Recently, I came across two boys in my village. They came to me and said they wanted a picture with me. I was like, ¡®Which film or show of mine have you seen?¡¯ They said, ¡®We haven¡¯t seen any of them but we have seen your memes¡¯. They were like, ¡®We are just happy to see you¡¯,¡± he recalled.

A cast of A-list actors includes Piyush Mishra, Raja Rameshkumar Sevak, Daya Shankar Pandey, Pramod Pathak, Paayal Kapoor Nair, Harshad Kumar, Prasanna Ketkar, Haresh Khatri, Paula McGlynn, and Gauri Sukhtankar star in the Bhanushali Studios Limited and Legend Studios production Main Atal Hoon. The movie is slated to open in theaters on January 19.
