Ranveer Singh Broke Into Tears As He Held World Cup Trophy For The Last Scene Of Kabir Khan's 83
Ranveer Singh has often proved that he is compassionate too. Recently on the sets of Kabir Khan&rsquos 83 the film which is about the 1983 cricket World Cup win he broke down into tears as held the winning trophy in his hands.
He may always come across as a fun-loving eccentric guy, but Ranveer Singh has often proved that he is compassionate too. The way she loves his wife Deepika Padukone and the glint he always has in his eyes when he talks about her also proves he has his heart at the right place.
Recently, on the sets of Kabir Khan¡¯s 83, the film which is about the 1983 cricket World Cup win, he broke down into tears as held the winning trophy in his hands.
When Kabir Khan called for cut, Ranveer Singh, during the shoot of the closing scene, was in tears.
"We shot for five days at the Lord's stadium in London, entering the members only Long Room where no camera ventured before, the dressing rooms and locker rooms, and then (we) stepped out on the balcony where the World Cup was presented to Kapil sir. And guess what? They brought out the real World Cup for Ranveer too. Overwhelmed, he broke down when I shouted 'Cut',¡± Kabir Khan told Mumbai Mirror in an interview.
Ranveer Singh almost always gets into the skin of the character so deep that he starts to live the character he is playing. There were rumours that after the shooting of Padmaavat, Ranveer Singh had to visit a psychiatrist to get out the character. In 83, he is playing Kapil Dev, while his real life wife Deepika Padukone is playing his reel life wife in the movie.
