Ayaan was diagnosed with stage two Wilms' cancer that affects kidneys. Emraan in his book has shared his struggle and pain while Ayaan was undergoing treatment. Now that his son is all fit and fine, the actor recalls all the difficult times. He even shared a picture of his little hero after his surgery.
