After Rashmika & Katrina, Rumoured Couple Shubman And Sara Tendulkar Become Victims Of Deepfake
Days after Rashmika Mandanna and Katrina Kaif became targets of deepfake, rumoured couple Shubman Gill and Sara Tendulkar are the new victims.
In the last few months, AI-generated Deepfake content has been flooding the internet at an alarming rate. Unfortunately, it wasn¡¯t being taken seriously until a celebrity had to go through it. Soon after a video of influencer Zara Patel being morphed with actress Rashmika Mandanna¡¯s face went viral on the internet, the corpse came alive.
The matter escalated within a few hours making everyone including popular celebrities talk about it.
Just a day after, another morphed picture of actress Katrina Kaif from Tiger 3 went viral which was totally different from the original one. The Indian government was quick to issue several notices against such AI-generated misleading content on the internet and issued advisory underlining repercussions for the culprit.
? There is an urgent need for a legal and regulatory framework to deal with deepfake in India.
