After Sonu Sood, Swara Bhasker Helps In Sending 1,350 Migrant Workers From Delhi To UP & Bihar

For the longest time we all have been sitting at home and crying over the plight of migrant workers in such trying times. We all tweeted about how heartaching it is to know that they have been walking for hundreds of kilometers in the scorching heat to reach their homes.
Even celebrities did the same until Sonu Sood, who said he was getting sleepless nights, decided to take matters in his own hands and help the people who build and ensured we have roofs over our heads.

After returning to Delhi from Mumbai, she launched an initiative to help the migrant workers. Along with her team, she collected the data of people wanting to go back home and took help from the Delhi government to ensure the workers get train tickets. She has so far helped in sending 1,350 workers home in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan has also arranged for buses to send migrant workers home.
"A team is also working on grounds to provide the migrant workers leaving from Mumbai with packet food, water bottles, and slippers. 1000¡¯s of migrants have got help from the actor¡¯s team,¡± a source told Pune Times.

Furthermore, Bachchan has recently donated food packets and 20,000 PPE kits at various locations in Mumbai.
