According to Heard's side of the story, Depp physically attacked her on multiple occasions during their relationship. Heard countersued Depp for $100 million accusing him of defamation.
According to reports, Heard¡¯s new team consists of the ¡°elite security elite,¡± full of former military and government officials. The guards are stationed outside the court. Heard is reportedly paying $120 per hour per guard.

According to a memo written by the firm ¡ª obtained by the New York Post ¡ª the guards are on the lookout for ¡°lone-wolf supports trying to gain access to the [Fairfax] County Circuit Courthouse grounds, vehicles, or entrance to the facility.¡±
"Don¡¯t be predictable or complacent," the letter added.
Sources claim that Depp fans have been chasing Heard's car whenever she is seen leaving the court.
Heard and her lawyers have been flooded with threats from fans supporting Depp.

Depp and Heard were married in February 2015 and confirmed their split in May 2016.
After filing for divorce later that month, Heard filed a domestic violence restraining order against Depp and brought photographic evidence of the alleged abuse she suffered, as per US magazine.
Depp initially filed the USD 50 million lawsuit in March 2019, but it was postponed due to the pandemic.
