Aryan Khan To Stay In Jail Tonight; Here's Why Court Has Adjourned Bail Hearing Till Tomorrow
Aryan Khan bail application verdict has arrived. The court has adjourned the hearing until tomorrow. Following this, Shah Rukh Khan son will have to stay in the jail tonight.
Mumbai's Sessions Court has adjourned Aryan Khan's bail hearing untill tomorrow. This means that Shah Rukh Khan's 23-year-old son will have to spend another night in jail. The hearing will reportedly not start before 11 am on Thursday.

The bail hearing will resume tomorrow as ASG Anil Kumar Singh, who is appearing for the NCB, could not finish his argument by 5.30 pm today.

Meanwhile, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has opposed Aryan Khan's bail plea claiming that the 23-year-old is in touch with people who are part of an international drug network. The NCB had previously as well stated that Aryan is an influential personality and his bail could hinder the investigation.

Aryan Khan's lawyer, on the other hand, claimed that his WhatsApp chats are being used as evidence to trap him. "The applicant is innocent and has not committed any crime whatsoever. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case," his bail plea states.
As per a report, Additional Solicitor General(ASG) Anil Singh for NCB argued in the court, "There are WhatsApp chats between Aryan and a foreign national where commercial quantity of hard drugs and payment is being discussed. This cannot be for personal consumption and that needs to be looked into. We have approached the external affairs ministry to locate the foreign national so that we can investigate that angle further."

Senior lawyer Taraq Sayyed, who is representing Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the case, has reportedly argued why would the accused go on the ship to sell five grams charas when they can buy the entire ship? "The 5 grams charas they have allegedly found, will those boys go on the ship to sell it? Like I said earlier, why would they go on the ship to sell 5 grams charas when they can buy the entire ship," he was later quoted by ETimes.

Salman Khan visits Shah Rukh Khan's home Mannat ahead of the hearing.
Salman Khan who has often said that Shah Rukh Khan is like a brother to him was once again seen at Mannat ahead of verdict on Aryan Khan's bail application.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan has been getting constant support from friends as well as colleagues.
