Did Rajat Dalal breach his bail terms to be inside Bigg Boss 18 house?
X (formerly called Twitter) handle NCMIndia Council For Men Affairs which stands for "gender neutral laws" and a "national commission for men" posted a photo of his bail order which says that he needs to be present in the Sabarmati Police station every first Monday of the month between 10 am to 1 pm. The tweet alleged that he was present inside the Bigg Boss 18 house around the same time on October 7. "If he breached the bail conditions by not being present at the Police Station then what action are you going to take against him?" the tweet asked.

For the unversed, Rajat Dalal, a social media influencer, was arrested in Ahmedabad in June for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting an 18-year-old student after he posted a video on Instagram trolling him. He was later released on bail.
As per the student who went to the same gym as Dalal, he posted a meme on him which read, "Roz subah apna muh gym me dikha kar mera din kharab karta hua mighty Raju". After this, Dalal called him on Instagram, took his address, and picked him up in Thar with two of his friends when he was outside his house. He was taken to cowshed and his face smeared with cow dung. This was recorded on the camera, despite the boy apologising. Dalal abused him and even peed on his face to wake him up from fainting.
After repeated calls from the mother of the boy, he finally released him threatening the family that he would have killed him and that the police are in his pocket. Later, the boy was admitted to a hospital and an FIR was registered against Dalal.
