AP Dhillon To Karan Aujla, 6 Celebrities Who Have Supported Shubh Amid Khalistan Controversy
After Shubh issued a statement, several Punjabi singers based in Canada including AP Dhillon, Karan Aujla, Garry Sandhu, Dino James and Sidhu Moose Wala have come out in support of the Cheques singer.
Days after raging controversy that led to his 12 shows--scheduled to take place in 12 cities of India--getting cancelled, Shubh has finally reacted to so much hatred he is getting and being called Khalistani. India is my country too, he said in an elaborate statement.

After his statement, a lot of people have come out in support of Shubh and now they are getting trolled as well.
1. AP Dhillon supports Shubh
He said that political groups were 'misusing' social media posts of Canada-based singers for their own vested interests.

"I try to stay out of all the social mania as it is clear to me that regardless of what I say or do, it is a lost cause... someone, somewhere is going to spin the narrative to their liking and create more division. As an artist it has become almost impossible to stay focussed on your craft and do what you love. I try to be mindful of everyone's sentiments but it has gotten to a point where we have to second and triple guess our every move due to fear of unintentionally fuelling even more division.

He added, "Special interest and political groups constantly use our (artists') public image as a chess piece to further their agenda, while we are just trying to make art that helps people on individual level, regardless of their colour, race, religion, nationality, gender etc. Spread love not hate. Let's start thinking for ourselves and not let hateful influences program our beliefs. We are ALL one. let's not let man-made social constructs divide us. Division has gotten us to this point but unity is the key to the future..."
2. Karan Aujla supports Shubh
Indian singer and rapper Karan Aujla has come out in support of the Cheques singer, and now, Twitter has labelled him a Khalistani too.
He wrote, "Eh duniya da Dastoor A Parwa na kri VR"
Another punjabi singer living in Canada #KaranAujla comes in support of #Shubh and posted his story on instagram and told him to not care about the world.

3. Dino James supports Shubh
Rapper Dino James who shot to fame after appearing in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 has also extended his support to Her singer.

After being trolled, he deleted the post and wrote, "I sincerely apologise for the story I posted earlier today. I had absolutely no idea what had happened in the last 2days and was only expressing sadness for another artist. Please pardon my ignorance."

4. Sidhu Moose Wala supports Shubh
Amid the controversy, a post on late singer Sidhu Moose Wala's official Instagram account has been uploaded in support of Shubh.

The animosity directed towards our community appears to be politically motivated and it is astonishing how numerous celebrities become ensnared in this divisive narrative. Sidhu consistently advocated for his people, only to be unjustly labelled a terrorist without any substantiated evidence. Regrettably, a similar fate has befallen Shubh."
5. Garry Sandhu supports Shubh
He said that Punjabi singers should stand for each other. He recalled times he and his family were booked under 295 and how Kanwar Grewal and Ranjit Bawa received little industry support during the Farmers Protest.
6. Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh Raja has also supported Shubh
The Congress MLA said that INC is against the Khalistan movement, but he opposes singer like Shubh being labelled Khalistani.
