Elvish Yadav, the YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner has been gaining a lot of attention because of his alleged involvement in snake venom case. In a case involving snake poisoning, YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been taken into custody by the Noida Police. Elvish Yadav was called in for interrogation today, following which he was taken into custody as per Livemint.
For the unversed, Noida Police had filed a FIR in Sector 39. Today, Elvish Yadav is scheduled to appear in court.
Snake Venom At Rave Party
Five individuals were taken into custody by Noida police after someone mentioned Elvish Yadav's name during a rave party. The suspects admitted to authorities that they had been supplying snakes for the 26-year-old's rave events.
Following an investigation by an NGO headed by BJP leader Maneka Gandhi, the five accused were taken into custody. NGO members posing as prospective clients who were looking for cobras and pythons for a rave party approached the accused. EIvish Yadav has denied all of the charges made against him, referring to them as "unfounded" and devoid of any solid evidence.

What Elvish Yadav Said About The Snake Venom Case
"When I woke up in the morning, I saw reports that I have been arrested, and I was caught with intoxicating substances. All these reports, and charges against me are fake. There isn't even 1% truth to them," he said in video on social media. "I am ready to cooperate with the UP police in this investigation," he added. "Till you don't have concrete evidence about me being arrested, please don't ruin my image. I have no involvement in this case," the influencer said.
Complainant Gaurav Gupta of the PFA, which is led by BJP lawmaker Maneka Gandhi, stated in the FIR that his organization had learned that Elvish Yadav and his accomplices used to unlawfully host rave parties and create videos using live snakes and snake venom in Noida and other parts of the National Capital Region.
