Elvish Yadav has been booked by the Gurugram Police for using prohibited snakes in his videos. Yadav was previously granted bail by a Noida court in the snake venom case. On Saturday, Elvish Yadav and singer Rahul Yadav, also known as Fazilpuria, were booked by the Gurugram Police.
Elvish Yadav Gets Booked For Using Prohibited Snakes In Video
Police in Gurugram filed the complaint a few days after animal rights activist Saurabh Gupta went to the court to object to Elvish Yadav's video. Gupta, who works with people for Animals, a group founded by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, claimed that in a widely shared video, Elvish and fifty other individuals were seen utilizing snakes, which is against the Wildlife (Protection) Act of 1972.
Satish Deshwal, SHO of Badshahpur police station, said as per ANI, "We have received an order from the court that an FIR should be registered against Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya under section 156(3). An FIR has been registered under sections of the IPC, Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Wildlife Protection Act... We will verify the record and a notice will be sent to them (Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya) after further investigation. The complainant has provided a link (of video) in the FIR, after the joint investigation of the complainant party, all the evidence will be collected."

At last, Manisha Rani gave an explanation for unfollowing Elvish Yadav on Instagram. The star discussed her altercation with Elvish in a video statement that she posted. Manisha disclosed that the argument between the two arose from the cover image of a joint post.
