Kangana Ranaut Comes Out In Support Of Salman Khan's Ex Somy Ali, Says 'I Have Your Truth'

Actor Salman Khan and Somy Ali were in a relationship back in the 90s. The duo even shot for a film together called Buland but it was shelved. On the other hand, actress Kangana Ranaut is a great admirer of Salman and is often spotted at social gatherings with him.

However, it seems Kangana is ready to pick a fight with Khan too.

In response to Somy appreciating Kangana, the Queen actress has extended her support back. In an interview, Somy said, ¡°Kangana Ranaut is the only actress who never lies. I bow down to her. She speaks the truth. Whatever injustice is done to her, she speaks to the camera and never hesitates.¡±

¡°In all her interviews the way she carries herself with poise, the way she conveys the truth about how the industry functions and how they lie. She says it all!! I really respect her." Somy added that the industry hates honest people but Kangana shines out bright with her strong opinions and befitting replies.

Resharing Somy¡¯s words of appreciation, Kangana took to her social media handles and wrote, ¡°I have the spirits and wings of all those who suffered silently before me¡­I have your voice that was never raised, I have your truth that was never told.¡±

Last seen in the 1997 film Chupp, Somy is now a social activist for women's rights in South Asia. She also runs an NGO named No More Tears.

Kangana is currently prepping for the release of her film Chandramukhi 2 alongside Raghava Lawrence. Further, she has Tejas and Noti Binodini in her kitty. One of her most anticipated projects remains Emergency which is her first solo directorial and also features her playing former PM Indira Gandhi.

Coming back to Somy then years after the breakup, Ali hurled several accusations against Salman.

Once while talking about her learnings of being with Salman and his parents, Somy told Free Press Journal, ¡°I learned a lot from his parents and household. I also learned from Salman. Ultimately, in any relationship, if you are not happy, it¡¯s better to part ways. That was the case in the relationship between Salman and me. I decided to go back to America.¡±

¡°What I learned from his parents is so phenomenal. They had an open house. Every day people would come and go. They would be loving and feeding them. The door was never locked. Another pivotal lesson I learned is that we are all the same. They did not differentiate in religion at all.¡±
