It would be sunrise from the west if Kangana Ranaut appreciated any of her showbiz colleagues. It was an odd day recently when the actress called Kartik Aaryan a self-made man. The Shehzada star in a recent media interaction has reacted to her appreciation and reciprocated equally.

Earlier this month, Kangana appreciated Kartik during her ¡®Ask Kangana¡¯ session on Twitter.
When asked by a fan if she admires Kartik, Kangana tweeted, "Kartik is self-made and follows his own path, he is not a part of any camp or group, he is cool." Reacting to the same Kartik said at a Mumbai event, "I am thankful to her for appreciating me, and I have been a fan of her work. So it is a huge compliment when it comes from someone like her. So, thank you so much."
This is not the first time that Kangana has heaped praise on Kartik.
Last year, during the trailer launch of her film Dhaakad, Kangana expressed being proud and fond of Kartik. Later in an interview with india.com, Kartik quoted, ¡°I am really happy unhone aise kiya. I watched that bit from her press conference where she said so. It feels good to know when appreciation comes from an actor like her who¡¯s so good at her craft.¡±
Kartik whose Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 clashed with Dhaakad at box-office said in the same interview, ¡°Jinhone aaj tak performance par performance diye, unse jab aisi tareef mili toh main bahot khush hua. Unka trailer bhi bahot kamaal ka hai. Dono films ki audience alag hai and I really wish her all the best. Vo bhi bahot achi picture niklegi.¡±

In another instance, when Karan Johar's Dharma Productions announced Kartik being shown doors from Dostana 2, Kangana extended her public support for him.
