Staying true to his word and promise, actor Gurmeet Chaudhary has successfully been able to launch a makeshift COVID-19 hospital in the city of Nagpur.
Taking to all of his social media handles, Gurmeet shared pictures of this make-shift hospital that will aim to provide complete care to COVID-19 patients and help in reducing stress from major hospitals.

¡°I am happy to announce the launch of a dedicated makeshift COVID care hospital in Nagpur in collaboration with Dr. Sayyed Wajahatali and the team. Astha Dedicated Covid Hospital will work for the welfare of COVID victims. I believe that we need more centres to help people in & around Nagpur so please do reach out to us for any help that is required," wrote Gurmeet while announcing his initiative of a make-shift hospital.
Not just this makeshift hospital in Nagpur, Gurmeet has been arranging plasma, oxygen, and more for COVID patients in need.
"People told me that it¡¯s not safe to go to hospitals right now, but I had to go to see the situation. While I¡¯m taking care of my safety I feel it¡¯s also important to make sure that others are safe. My team and I are tying up with multiple hospitals across the country and trying to provide beds to them. I have requested a few of my businessmen friends to help me financially in this. I want to save as many lives as I can," he told TOI in an interview.
