Prashanth Neel, who is currently enjoying the success of his blockbuster KGF: Chapter 2 had not intially planned to split the film into two parts. "I didn't realise it could be done in more than one part until I was making it. After that realisation, we did a lot of brainstorming before settling on KGF 2", he told IANS.

Will there be KGF Chapter 3?
About KGF 3, he said, "If the audience think there should be Chapter 3, we will surely make 'KGF 3'. We love franchises. It's easy to penetrate. Look at the popularity of 'KGF 2' compared with the first part. Once the audience love the characters and the world of a film, they would want to watch the next film in the franchise.
KGF Director Prashanth Neel has also revealed that he consumes alcohol before penning down scripts.
