The doctor posted a photo with the actress from Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding. Fans think by doing so, he has violated HIPPA rules. "Isn't this HIPPA violation," one of the users commented. Another one explained, "Liking an Instagram comment is not a HIPPA violation in anyway. But if he comments saying Janvi is his patient then it is HIPPA violation." A third user added, "HIPPA doesn¡¯t apply to India. Although I know what you mean , it¡¯s essentially a violation of patient - doctor confidentiality."
