Kyunki Saas Bhi Bahu Thi Actor Jaya Faces Financial Crises, Appeals Fraternity To Give Her Work
Jaya Bhattacharya rose to fame for portraying the negative role of Payal Mehra in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She is facing a huge financial crisis and has an unwell mother to support too. Payal has asked for work to be able to get out of a financial crisis.
The beauty of life is that change is constant. Nothing is permanent - neither the good nor the bad. For actors, their time in the limelight is directly proportional to the numbers of hits they manage to achieve.
For television actor Jaya Bhattacharya who rose to fame for portraying the negative role of Payal Mehra in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, this is a rough patch.
Apart from being out of work, she is facing a huge financial crisis and has an unwell mother to support too.
According to a Telly Chakkar report, Payal has asked for work to be able to get out of a financial crisis. She was quoted in a report saying,
¡°My mother has been admitted from 26 November. I am in a deep fix as all my finances are down the drain. Due to a renovation contract for my house, I am currently put up at my rakhi brother¡¯s place. Though there is a lot of liberty in taking decisions and doing things, I don¡¯t have anybody whom I can depend on or whose shoulder I can cry on. I am a strong woman and I have never given up. I will never. But I am in a terrible fix and badly in need of work."
Payal's 79-year-old mother was diagnosed with heart problems and is in the ICU currently.
Payal was last seen in Thapki Pyaar Ki and played pivotal roles in shows like Kasamh Se, Pal Chhin, Kesar and Hatim. She is also a part of Shabana Azmi¡¯s 2017 film, The Wishing Tree.
While Payal has been in the industry for more than a decade now, she has no current or upcoming projects at hand. We really hope that she finds the strength and the resources to deal with this turbulent phase of her life.
