Lisa Haydon Posts A Breastfeeding Picture With Son, Sends Out A Powerful Message For Mothers
If there¡¯s one actress who has shed a lot of myths and inhibitions about motherhood and pregnancy, then it is Lisa Haydon, for sure. Now Lisa is celebrating World Breastfeeding Week, and for that, she recently posted an adorable picture in which she is breastfeeding her son Zack sending out a powerful message on the same.
While it is believed that breastfeeding causes body to lose its shape, Lisa says that it rather helped her on the contrary.
¡°Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby. Breastfeeding has been challenging+time consuming (literally hours spent everyday trying to stimulate milk supply) but it's such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child plus all the nutritional benefits that your child gets from your milk,¡± she wrote.
