The agency's sleuths are currently questioning Aryan Khan, but no official statement has been issued.
¡°He was on the cruise ship where the agency raided in the night and busted a rave party,¡± NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede said.

A statement from the NCB, released on Sunday, reads,
"Based on specific information, the officials of NCB Mumbai conducted a raid on Cordelia cruise which was bound from Mumbai to Goa on 02.10.2021. During the operation, all suspects as per the information were searched various drugs like MDMA/ Ecstasy, Cocaine, MD (Mephedrone) and charas has been recovered."
The statement added that eight people, including two females, have been apprehended, and their role is being investigated. NCB Mumbai has registered a case under Cr 94/21 in the matter.

Further investigation is underway in the case. Aryan Khan has been detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the case of drugs being seized from the cruise ship.
Apart from being questioned, his WhatsApp chats are being examined, and multiple top sources confirmed this to News18.
If his involvement gets confirmed, Khan could be charged under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985.

A total of 13 people including 3 women have been taken into custody after a raid at the party yesterday
However, Aryan Khan has not been booked on any charges and has not been arrested so far, said Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of NCB. Crew members, several event organizers, and some foreign nationals are also under NCB's scanner.

A Delhi-based event company has organized the parties on passenger cruises on October 2, 3, and 4. The cruise ship was scheduled to go to Goa on Saturday night and return to Mumbai by Monday.
Shah Rukh Khan's PR team hasn't released any statement on the matter yet.
