No Evidence Against Aryan Khan; Hansal Mehta, Sanjay Gupta Ask Who'll Compensate For His Ordeal
Aryan Khan who was arrested on October 3 from a cruise after a raid by NCB is now a freeman. The Bombay High Court declared that there has been no evidence against the superstars son. Aryan Khan was in jail for more than 3 weeks and he was out on bail on the terms of giving attendance at NCB office every week.

The Bombay High Court in the justification behind the bail for the young lad explained, ¡°There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit unlawful act.
Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be a foundation for the charge of conspiracy against them¡±.
Now that Aryan Khan has been granted bail and the High Court has declared that there has been no evidence in his case, filmmaker Hansal Mehta and Sanjay Gupta ask who will compensate for what he and the Khan family went through.
