Nora Fatehi Calls Herself B***h, Says Producers Make Panic Calls To Her To Save Their Bad Films
Nora Fatehi calls herself a bitch and says that many producers make panic call to her to save their bad films but she rejects some of those.
Dance numbers are often looked down upon in movies. When Malaika Arora danced on the top of a train in Chaiyya Chaiyya, who knew one song will change her life and career too? Do you know actresses like Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty and Shilpa Shirodkar were among five actresses who were offered the song before Malaika but everyone rejected it? Sushmita Sen was another actress who willingly accepted item song, which she said were frowned upon.
In today's time, Nora Fatehi is gradually writing her name in history. From Dilbar to Garmi, from O Saki Saki to Sip Sip 2, she has given some great item songs to Bollywood that are the life of every party.
Every song she has danced to has become a hit despite the fact that the film performs at the box office.
Do you know even bad films rely on Nora Fatehi item songs?
Nora Fatehi revealed this herself. She said that she gets panic calls from producers to save their bad films.
In an interview with BBC Asian Network, Nora Fatehi called herself a "b***h" and said:
"At work, I am a b***h sometimes, I am difficult because I don¡¯t expect anything but the best because I have sacrificed so much, and when I go in front of the camera, or when I¡¯m on stage, I don¡¯t leave any crumbs, I eat.¡±
Talking about panic calls from producers, Nora Fatehi said:
"I don¡¯t know if everybody needs me, but it definitely gives me a certain sense of empowerment and responsibility. And if I do say yes, I give them everything. I give them my time, I rehearse for hours, and I make sure I take every detail, down to the costume and makeup, very seriously. And when I¡¯m in front of the camera, I really deliver. So, it¡¯s not like, ¡®Oh, you need me? I¡¯m here, I¡¯ll do two-three steps and leave. It should be good enough, at least I¡¯m standing¡¯. No."
Nora Fatehi said that she doesn't accept all the songs she is offered. She only says yes to a few as she doesn¡¯t want to bore her audience or get typecasted.
