Resul Pookutty is being slammed for calling RRR garbage and a gay love story. He also called Alia Bhatt a prop in the movie.
Oscar-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty has kickstarted a storm on Twitter after he called SS Rajamouli's RRR a "gay love story". He also tweeted that Alia Bhatt was a mere prop in the film starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan in lead roles. This hasn't gone down well with the fans who are slamming the Indian film sound designer, sound editor and audio mixer.

Of course, fans didn't like his tweets and Resul Pookutty was slammed on Twitter.

Resul Pookutty isn't the first one who thinks RRR is a gay love story. The western audience also perceived the film to be a gay love story initially.

Meanwhile, RRR has recently created history by getting nominated under the Best Picture category at the Hollywood Critics Association mid-season awards. The film has also become first runner-up after beating Tom Cruise's Top Gun Maverick and Robert Pattinson's The Batman.

Rajamouli's RRR is making waves internationally. The movie starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan was recently praised by American comic book writer Jackson Lanzing and screenwriter Larry Karaszewski.
Jackson Lanzing who has written for films like Batman Beyond and Captain America on Twitter said that watching RRR was the best time he had at the movies.
Karaszewski, the co-writer of films like Ed Wood, Agent Cody Banks and Big Eyes also praised the movie.
