Amid Spike In Covid Cases And Shutdown Of Cinema Halls, Release Of 'RRR' Has Been Postponed
When is RRR releasing now? The release of SS Rajamouli's RRR has been postponed considering the rise in Covid-19 cases and the shutdown of cinema halls in several states.
In the past few days, the number of Covid-19 cases has been increasing exponentially. In the wake of the same, several states have issued a fresh set of guidelines that include night curfews and shutdown of cinema halls among other things.

Karan Johar also made an appeal to the Delhi government, for which he was trolled massively on social media.
We urge the Delhi Government to allow cinemas to operate. Cinemas are equipped with better ability to ensure a hygienic environment while maintaining social distancing norms as compared to other out-of-home settings. @LtGovDelhi @ArvindKejriwal @OfficeOfDyCM #cinemasaresafe
