Shah Rukh Khan, wife Gauri Khan and their kids, Abram, Suhana and Aryan are soon going to move out of Mannat, the house that not only is a place where they have lived for years but is also a tourist attraction.
Soon, Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri Khan, and their children, Aryan, Suhana, and Abram, will leave Mannat. Don't worry, they are only temporarily switching locations, so this isn't a permanent arrangement. Shah Rukh Khan and his family are moving to Pali Hill in Bandra for the next two years, which is probably how long it would take for all the extension work to be completed at Mannat. The actor has leased four floors of an opulent residence that was constructed by movie producer Vashu Bhagnani.
Here¡¯s why Shah Rukh Khan is moving out of Mannant
As per IndianExpress, some extensions will be made to SRK's home in Mannat, and the work is anticipated to be completed in the upcoming years. In November of last year, Gauri Khan requested permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to expand the Mannat annexe by two levels. The plan aims to increase the built-up area by 616.02 square meters by adding two storeys to the six-story annexe behind the house. Since Mannat is a Grade III heritage building, any structural alterations must be approved by the appropriate authorities. The project is expected to cost Rs 25 crore.
According to reports, Jackky Bhagnani, the actor's son, and Deepshika Deshmukh, his daughter, who jointly run Puja Casa, recently signed a leave and license deal with SRK's company Red Chillies Entertainment. "Each floor has one flat and while it is clearly not as spacious as Mannat, there is enough space to accommodate his security and other staff," a source who is familiar with the structure of the next building where SRK and his family will be staying told HT. According to reports as per IndianExpress, SRK would rent the four floors for Rs 24 lakh per month.
