Shah Rukh Khan's Aide Allegedly Paid 50 Lakhs To Save Aryan From Arrest But Cash Was Returned
Sam DĄ¯Souza, whose name popped up in the affidavit submitted by Prabhakar Sail, a witness, claimed that Shah Rukh KhanĄ¯s manager, Pooja Dadlani, had paid money to save Aryan Khan from arrest.
In an explosive confession by a middleman, Shah Rukh KhanĄ¯s aide paid 50 lakhs to save Aryan Khan from arrest.
Sam DĄ¯Souza, whose name popped up in the affidavit submitted by Prabhakar Sail, a witness, claimed that Shah Rukh KhanĄ¯s manager, Pooja Dadlani, had paid money to save Aryan Khan from arrest.
However, in the same interview with the news channel, he said that the money was returned after realizing the situation was 'impossible.'
DĄ¯Souza has alleged that after SRKĄ¯s manager offered Rs 50 lakh to K P Gosavi, a witness in the case. Still, after he knew that Gosavi was a ĄŽcheat,Ą¯ he reportedly asked him to return the money to Pooja Dadlani. In his affidavit, Sail reportedly mentioned that Gosavi, Dadlani, and DĄ¯Souza met on October 3.
DĄ¯Souza said he later realized Gosavi was a Ą°cheaterĄą as the Truecaller app showed the number to be SailĄ¯s. Ą°I realized that he had just pretended to be talking to Sameer Wankhede,Ąą he told the channel.
As per reports, the meeting went in the following manner ¨C A person arrived in a car and handed Sail two bags, which he took to DĄ¯Souza at a five-star hotel.
DĄ¯Souza reportedly counted the money and said that it was only Rs 38 lakh. Sail then allegedly claimed to have overheard a conversation where Gosavi and the others discussed demanding Rs 25 crore.
Talking about his relations with the NCB and allegations that he was a drug peddler, DĄ¯Souza added that he had no such record and was a businessman.
He said that in the past, whatever information he gathered about narcotics, he had passed it on to NCB officials.
Aryan Khan was first detained and then arrested following an NCB raid on a cruise ship from Mumbai to Goa. After several rejections on bail, Aryan Khan was finally released from the Arthur Road Jail on October 28.
