'Pardon my French...': Shamita Shetty slams IndiGo, shares video explaining incident

On X, actress Shamita Shetty vented about Indigo offloading her bags and described the inconvenience it caused. Shamita disclosed that she was on her way to Chandigarh from Jaipur for a function. She posted the video, describing how her flight with the airline was not pleasant.
Shamita captioned the video, ¡°Pardon my French but Indigo airline your a pretty s*** airline to fly on! And the ground staff is totally useless! Think twice before flying on this airline! @IndiGo6E #indigo a total no no!"

Shamita Shetty slams IndiGo
In the video, Shamita can be heard saying, "I am stuck at the Chandigarh airport. I have travelled from Jaipur to Chandigarh on an Indigo airline and my bags were just offloaded without informing me. I have come here for an event.¡±
She also explained that her hairdresser's bag andher bag were just offloaded because of some weight issues.¡± She questioned, ¡°Am I not supposed to be informed before something like this is done?"
She continued by saying that Indigo can just go without telling her and expect her to wait until their next flight lands in Chandigarh, which is at 10.30 pm, after her event is completed. She stated that the ground crew is unsure on how to assist or what to do.
Indigo responds to Shamita Shetty¡¯s complaint
Reacting to the video, the airline¡¯s team said,"Ms. Shetty, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and would like to address the matter. We tried to contact you on the registered number, but the calls went unanswered."
