¡®This is harassment¡¯: Fans defend Ranveer Allahbadia after crowd barges into his mom¡¯s clinic
Days after India's Got Latent controversy, Ranveer Allahbadia took to his social media accounts and expresses his worry. He apologised for his joke but also mentioned how he is getting death threats and that some people invaded his mom's clinic.
Ranveer Allahbadia penned a long note on Instagram yesterday after there were reports that he was not reachable. He went on to acknowledge the mistake he did but he also expressed how worried he is because of the death threats he has been getting and on top of that people tried into barge in his mom¡¯s clinic. The post went viral in no time with people saying that the issue has been taken too far and all of this should not happen.

In his post he wrote, ¡°My team and I are cooperating with the police and all other authorities. I will follow due process and be available to all agencies. My remark about parents was insensitive and disrespectful. It is my moral responsibility to do better and I am genuinely sorry.¡±
He said he was getting death threats from people who said they wanted to hurt him and his family. He disclosed that some individuals had even broken into his mother's clinic pretending to be patients. He acknowledged that he was afraid and unsure of what to do, but he vowed not to flee. He declared that he had total faith in India's police and legal system.
Reacting to the post people mentioned how Ranveer has apologised twice and this chapter should have been closed by now.
One wrote, ¡°This is pure harassment. Comedians are being targeted for making jokes, while actual criminals walk free.¡±
Ranveer has acknowledged his mistake, taken responsibility, and apologize, something not everyone has the courage to do. No one deserves threats or harassment, and it's important to address differences with maturity, not intimidation. Let's promote healthy discussions over blind¡

I still feel that if a person has apologized so much, media and the judiciary system can do much better if they focus on pending cases which needs serious attention.
This is a bit too much and whatever happened happened. People should chill and govt should go fix real issues. Can't say more on this.
