'The Time I Got To Spend With Sid', Varun Dhawan Gets Emotional Remembering Sidharth Shukla
On the eighth anniversary of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, the film with which Sidharth Shukla made his debut, Varun Dhawan took to Twitter to write a post about the film.
The news of Sidharth Shukla's death left the entire entertainment industry in shock. His career was on the rise; everything seemed to head in the right direction, but his sudden and untimely demise left everyone in shock.
It has been several months since he passed away, but people whose lives he touched continue to miss him.
Varun Dhawan remembers Sidharth Shukla
On the eighth anniversary of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, the film with which Sidharth Shukla made his debut, Varun Dhawan took to Twitter to write a post about the film. He said, "I remember it for the time I got to spend with sid on the film."
"He was kind-hearted, protective and always passionate about work and friends," he added.

When Sidharth Shukla had passed away, Varun Dhawan paid a heartfelt tribute. "You are loved by so many and you touched so many with your kind heart and beautiful personality," Dhawan wrote on Instagram. "Today heaven has gained a star and we have lost one. My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones."
Alia Bhatt had called him the warmest, kindest and one of the most genuine people she worked with. Remembering how Shukla would always be smiling and stay positive, she wrote on her Instagram Story, "
Sid, one of the warmest, kindest and most genuine people I¡¯ve worked with..always smiling and always positive!
My heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones and his fans who loved him so so deeply! Rest in peace!"
Sidharth Shukla had passed away last year in September after suffering a cardiac arrest. Shukla started his acting journey in 2008 with TV show Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na. The actor who was also a model became a household name after Balika Vadhu, in which he essayed the role of District Collector Shivraj Shekhar.
Shukla made his Bollywood debut in the romantic comedy Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania in a supporting role playing the character of Angad Bedi, an NRI doctor and fianc¨¦ of the female protagonist played by Alia Bhatt. He won Startdust Award in 2015 for his Breakthrough Supporting Performance (Male).
He participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 13 and not only did he win the title but he also garnered a massive fan following. His chemistry with Shehnaaz Gill was appreciated by one and all.
