29-Year-Old Actor Vibhu Raghave Diagnosed With Cancer, Says It Can't Stop Him From Dreaming Big
Television actor Vibhu Raghave, who is just 29 years old, has been diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer of the colon. His mom was shattered when she got to know about it. His father had passed away less than a year ago.
It has not even been a year since Television actor Vibhu Raghave's father passed away and another tragic news came to his home. The 29-year-old actor who has worked in TV shows like Saavdhan India, Nisha Aur Uske Cousins and Suvreen Guggal among others has been diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer of the colon.
In an interview with Etimes, he shared what he and his mother went through when they first got to know about cancer.
"I would keep asking God what I had done to deserve this. None of the doctors so far have told me that I will be cancer-free, they all tell me that I will have to live with it. So that's my current reality which I can't change," he said.
Vibhu Raghave's mother was shattered when she first got to know about it. "My dad passed away less than a year ago and my mom was shattered and broken when she first came to know about my illness."
However, he says that his friends have been helping him out throughout and the love that is being showered upon him is making things easier. From driving to hospitals to prescriptions and medicines, his friends including Mohit Malik, Simple Kaul and Soumya Tandon among others are always there for him.
"We have this Whatsapp group, where all my reports and next step for the line of treatment are posted and then a collective decision is taken by all. I don't have to take the burden to even take that decision."

Vibhu Raghave is currently undergoing cancer treatment at a hospital in Mumbai. He has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.
He had earlier shared a video from the hospital in which he said, " I am in the hospital. I thought I'd let you know what's going on here. I was sick for the last few days and about two weeks back they found a stage 4 cancer in me which is in an advanced state, which is a rare type and kind of aggressive. I never expected that. In a day, life changed, totally upside down. Nevertheless, we are trying to be strong and we are going ahead with it."
