'They Make Reels On The Sets': Vikrant Massey Calls Out Unprofessionalism Of Fellow Actors
Calling out the unprofessionalism in Bollywood, the 12th Fail actor Massey said that some actors come to the set and their priority is to make reels. Furthermore, he called Farhan Akhtar his inspiration.
From doing TV shows like Balika Vadhu to now establishing himself as a star after the grand success of 12th Fail, Vikrant Massey has come a long way. In his journey so far, he has worked with a variety of actors - some of whom he thinks were unprofessional.
Calling out the unprofessionalism in Bollywood, Massey said "Some actors come on set and their first priority is to make reels."
In an interview with Samdish Bhatia, Massey said that this happens "very often". Refusing to take names, he said, "that person knows and that person got to know about it there and then so my purpose was solved at that time. I say things on the face and I don¡¯t have anything apart from my work." He added, "I love my job and acting is everything for me."

Furthermore, he talked about working with Farhan Akhtar in Dil Dhadakne Do and said, "I am really inspired by him. What does he not have in life? He is the son of Javed Akhtar. On Dil Dhadakne Do set, he was acting, he was also the producer, his sister Zoya Akhtar was making the film, but when he would come for rehearsals, he never carried the script in his hand." Praising him, he added, "He remembered all his lines and lines of other people. If a person like Farhan Akhtar can do his homework then you should be ashamed."
Vikrant Massey's upcoming projects
After the grand success of 12th Fail, Massey will next be seen in Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba, a sequel to the OTT film starring Taapse Pannu. apart from this, he is also doing a movie with Nora Fatehi. Directed by Devang Bhavsar who worked as an assistant director on Qissa, the movie is titled Blackout.
