According to the trading website Sacnilk, the global total for Good Bad Ugly after five days is more than Rs 170 crore. This is far more than what Dragon brought in worldwide over its entire run. The latter's global gross earnings came to about Rs 152 crore.

Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni under the auspices of Mythri Movie Makers. GV Prakash Kumar composed the film's music. Along with K. Raja and V. G. Balasubramanian as associate directors, the project also has Ravi Kandasamy and Harish Manikandan as co-directors.
