Amid P Diddy¡¯s arrest, Chris Brown is back under fire as explosive allegations against him resurface in the Investigation Discovery documentary, Chris Brown: A History of Violence. The accuser, known only as Jane Doe, has come forward again, claiming the R&B star drugged and assaulted her at a yacht party in December 2020. And where was it? Well, it was docked right outside Sean Diddy Combs' Miami mansion, and now this new angle is now taking an unexpected spotlight on the hip-hop mogul himself.
New allegation involves P Diddy
Doe alleges Brown assaulted her on a yacht near Diddy¡¯s property during a late-night party, though she doesn¡¯t accuse Diddy¡ªwho recently faced serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges¡ªof being involved in any misconduct. Doe does, however, recall seeing Diddy on the yacht and describes him as "really nice" in the documentary. Her attorney, Ariel Mitchell, confirmed Diddy¡¯s presence at the party, noting the yacht was stationed outside his Star Island home. Although it's unclear whether Diddy owned or chartered the boat, Mitchell explained they hadn¡¯t verified ownership, hence the absence of explicit details on that front.

Excuse my language but holy sh*t.
Check P Diddy¡¯s Miami mansion¡¯s location - sitting RIGHT next to a shipping container terminal.

Accuser filed lawsuit against Chris Brown
Jane Doe first filed a lawsuit against Brown in early 2022, seeking $20 million in damages, claiming that after meeting the Under the Influence singer, he handed her a drink. In the documentary preview, Doe says she felt drowsy shortly after, with her body feeling unusually heavy. She alleges that Brown then led her to a bedroom where he proceeded to get on top of her, despite her repeatedly saying "No." With tears in her eyes, she recalls feeling ¡°disgusted¡± as Brown allegedly forced himself on her.
Following the incident, Doe admits she continued to interact with Brown, hoping for ¡°clarity¡± but eventually realised the depth of what happened only through therapy. The documentary reveals Doe¡¯s struggle to process the alleged events, underscoring her ongoing fight for justice.
Chris Brown denied allegations
Back in 2022, Brown denied all allegations, even leaking text messages from Doe to clear his name. Her attorneys, Mitchell and George Vrabeck, initially dropped her as a client after the Miami Beach Police Department provided new details that made them reconsider their stance. Now, however, Mitchell is back representing Doe, stating she has always believed her client was assaulted and continues to stand by her.
Diddy, meanwhile, denies any involvement, with sources close to him insisting the yacht party accusations have ¡°nothing to do with him.¡± So far, his reps haven¡¯t commented publicly.
