Among the list of a few of the most prestigious festivals, Cannes Film Festival 2023 ranks high. It features some of the most touted projects across the globe and is attended by who's who of the global entertainment industry. Held in France, this year¡¯s edition is the 76th one and is being held between May 16 and May 27.

How does a common man attend Cannes 2023?
Let us walk you through the different prices one needs to pay based on their profession. As reported by VIP Concierge, for someone who is an industry professional, their ticket price can vary between $6100 (Rs 5 lakh) to $25000 (Rs 25 lakh). Well, the accreditation differs for different individuals.
For example, the website suggests that Cannes have a festival accreditation which is ¡°generally a free stamp that allows the holder access to screenings, official activities and venues like the Palais, Village International, Riviera, and hotels.¡± The other category is Market accreditation that¡¯s only available for board members and company employees related to the film industry.
The pass for which is somewhere around $326.30 (Rs 26,811.74). The other category is an exclusive press accreditation for journalists that is followed by cinephiles accreditation given to the local public which includes education groups and film enthusiasts.
Now for the people who are not a part of either of the mentioned category then, you can watch the screenings at the Directors' Fortnight and the Cin¨¦ma de la Plage (Beach Cinema) from 9.30 pm and the seats there are available based on first-come-first-service.
Hollywood this year will also have a strong presence including actors like Natalie Portman, Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, Sean Penn, Alicia Vikander, the Weeknd, and Scarlett Johansson.
The other few big shots at Cannes 2023 will be Brie Larson, Paul Dano, French director Julia Ducournau, Argentine filmmaker Dami¨¢n Szifron, Afghan director Atiq Rahimi, French actor Denis M¨¦nochet, Moroccan filmmaker Maryam Tourzani and Zambian-Welsh director Rungano Nyoni.
