'Spider-Man No Way Home' Becomes Biggest Film Of 2021, Crosses Rs 200 Crore Mark In India
Marvel film Spider-Man No Way Home which was released eight days before 83 has become the biggest film of 2021. So much so that it has crossed the Rs 200-crore mark. The film is not only the highest-grossing film worldwide post the pandemic, it is also the third biggest Hollywood film of all time to mint Rs 202-crore in India within just 18 days of its release.
The much-awaited Kabir Khan's 83 released in theatres last week after several delays because of the pandemic, and it turned out to be a flop. Anyone who has watched the film cannot stop raving about it. The Ranveer Singh-starrer brought a big smile to the face of the audience and had tears rolling down their cheeks too. Yet, the film reportedly made on the budget of Rs 250 crores couldn't earn enough money to be declared a hit because of the Covid-19 scare.

The total worldwide collection of the Spider-Man No Way Home stands at $1.37 billion. The film is yet to be released in China and Japan.
Spider-Man No Way Home had earlier beaten Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi's box office collection in India. In four days, the MCU film had crossed Rs 100 crore mark. Sooryavanshi, on the other hand, had taken five days to mint Rs 100-crore mark.
