19 Children & 2 Adults Killed In Texas School Shooting; Celebrities Demand End Of Gun Violence
Texas School shooting: Bollywood celebrities including Priyanka Chopra, Richa Chadha Swara Bhaker condemned the attack and demanded that the laws need to be changed to end gun violence. Hollywood celebs including Chris Evans, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Andy Cohen, Olivia Rodrigo, Mindy Kaling and Simu Liu are enranged.
In a rampage that lasted 40 minutes, an 18-year-old gunman ended up killing 19 children and two teachers. The Texas School shooting only stopped after the onlookers asked the Police officers to intervene. The shooter was then killed by a Border Patrol team.

The incident took place in the Robb Elementary School in the close-knit town of Uvalde, Texas. "Go in there! Go in there!" a woman standing nearby had shouted at the Police who were gathered outside the building and were not moving in reported AP. The cops were reportedly unprepared.

Singer-actress Selena Gomez who hails from Texas expressed her anger by writing, "It¡¯s so frustrating and I¡¯m not sure what to say anymore. Those in power need to stop giving lip service and actually change the laws to prevent these shootings in the future. Today in my home state of Texas 18 innocent students were killed while simply trying to get an education. A teacher killed doing her job; an invaluable yet sadly underappreciated job".
