Actress Millie Bobby Brown, who is well-known for her role on Stranger Things, has addressed the criticism of her evolving physical appearance in the media. According to ANI, Millie Bobby Brown spoke on a larger problem that goes beyond her own life and impacts many young ladies who are raised in the spotlight. She underlined how critical it is to voice concerns about it. When she looked back on her career, she said that she basically grew up in front of the world since she started working in the field at the age of 10. She did note, though, that many people find it difficult to develop with her. They appear to be expecting her to stay in the past, as though she should still have the same appearance as she did in Stranger Things' first season. She clarified that she is now being criticized because she has changed.
"Let's talk about the articles, the headlines, the people who are so desperate to tear young women down. 'Why are Gen Zers like Millie Bobby Brown ageing so badly?' by Lydia Hawken. 'What has Millie Bobby Brown done to her face?' by John Ely. She added some more.
¡°This isn't journalism. This is bullying. The fact that adult writers are spending their time dissecting my face, my body, my choices, it's disturbing," she pointed out.
Brown said she feels let down and finds it disappointing that some of the criticism she receives is from women. She drew attention to the paradox that while society frequently talks about encouraging and supporting young women, many people chose to undermine them when given the chance in order to increase engagement and clicks. Some people, she said, don't seem to be able to accept a young girl becoming a woman on her own terms instead of theirs. She remained steadfast in her position and stated unequivocally that she will not apologise for maturing.
