BTS' Jungkook's privacy breach enrages ARMYs as fan visits his house to deliver letter: 'It's not a tourist attraction'
BTS ARMY is calling out a sasaeng fan who recently shared video of herself visiting Jungkook's house in Seoul. Jungkook has time and again requested fans to not visit his house, and instead send deliveries to his agency.

The bond between K-pop idols and their fans is considered special, built on mutual dedication, passion, and devotion, making their relationship incredibly meaningful and precious. However, more often than not, the lines between following and stalking are blurred by some obsessive fans. In the K-pop language, such people are called sasaengs.
As one of the most popular groups worldwide, BTS members frequently face harassment from sasaengs despite repeated warnings and efforts from their management team at HYBE to protect their privacy and well-being. Recently, a female fan of Jungkook was seen visiting his house in person in South Korea to deliver her letter to the SEVEN singer currently serving his mandatory service in the military.
This invasive behaviour from the fan, who also has a page dedicated to the singer on Instagram, has angered BTS ARMY, who have now taken to X to call her out.
Fan visits Jungkook's residence in South Korea
A fan of Jungkook, via her Instagram account stillwithu_jungkook, shared videos and photos of herself visiting his Seoul residence, where she slid a letter under his door and posed outside. She captioned the post, expressing her desire for Jungkook to read her story and know how he's impacted her life. "I just wanna say the way he saves my life. I hope he will read my story," she wrote.
'Report her': ARMYs lash out at the female fan
BTS fans, adhering to ARMY Etiquette, are condemning the fan who visited Jungkook's home, citing the importance of respecting artists' privacy. Many are calling for her to be reported to HYBE, emphasizing the need to prioritize Jungkook's security and personal boundaries.

One fan emphasized Jungkook's right to privacy, saying, "He deserves a private life outside of the stage... He has the right to make mistakes like everyone else! He doesn't deserve to be treated so harshly." This fan also predicted that Jungkook's home may soon require increased security measures to protect him from overzealous fans and haters."
I won't be surprised if soon there will be constant guards and dogs near jk's house so that no mentally retarded fan and hater can chase him on his territory, beyond his own boundaries of life ?

When Jungkook urged fans to not visit his house
Jungkook has time and again requested fans to not visit his house. In an impromptu live session on December 18, 2024, the 27-year-old singer reiterated his desire for privacy and respect. While giving a tour of his new house, he expressed concern over videos revealing his residence's location, pleading with sasaengs to stop attempting to find his house.
He said, 'I moved my house so it¡¯d be great if anyone didn¡¯t come looking for my house¡ also the deliveries (gifts) you guys leave, I¡¯m really thankful, but I can¡¯t receive them.. there¡¯s a lot of deliveries being sent (to the military base) as well¡ I can¡¯t receive them either."
