SS Rajamouli has signed actor Mahesh Babu for his next film RRR. RRR is a roller-coaster ride that has left fans dancing and whistling in theatres. R RR marked the Telugu debut of Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.
Back in 2015, SS Rajamouli made his presence felt in the film industry with the blockbuster film Baahubali. Until 2017, we all kept wondering 'Kattapa ne Baahubali ko kyon maara' and the answer was worth waiting for. Now in 2022, SS Rajamouli has created the same magic with his latest release, RRR.
Starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan in leading roles, RRR is a roller-coaster ride that has left fans dancing and whistling in theatres. The film's release was celebrated like a festival in the country. RRR marked the Telugu debut of Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.
SS Rajamouli has signed actor Mahesh Babu for his next. While speaking at an event, Mahesh Babu was asked about his plans to make a debut in Hindi films. While many Tollywood actors are making their Bollywood debuts and vice versa, Mahesh Babu is not keen on making his debut in Bollywood.
In a video doing rounds on the internet, Mahesh Babu can be seen saying that 'he doesn't need to do Hindi films' and that 'Telugu films are being seen all over the world'.
He said, "I don't need to do Hindi films. I can just do a Telugu film and it'll get seen all over the world - that's what's happening right now. You would want to be in a position where you do only Telugu films." The actor also expressed his excitement over SS Rajamouli's upcoming film.
