Chhaava box office prediction day 1: Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal, hit the screens today (February 14) much to the delight of fans. The biggie has created a great deal of buzz in the industry as it features the Uri star in a regal new avatar. This is likely to help it open well at the Indian box office. Chhaava is a period drama, directed by Laxman Utekar.

Chhaava to open well at the box office

Vicky Kaushal is in the limelight because of Chhaava, the biggest film of his career. The film, shot on a budget of over Rs 100 crore, is billed as a game-changer for him. According to Manobala Vijayabalan, a trade tracker, it is expected to earn over Rs 25 crore in India on the first day.

Chhaava has grossed around Rs 17 crore through advance bookings for the first day. Going by Manobala's prediction, the film's spot booking is expected to be pretty good.

Chhaava is Vicky Kaushal's first release after Bad Newz, which made a decent impact at the box office.
