Richa Chadha Backs Boyfriend Ali Faizal, Says No Bollywood Actor Has Achieved What He Has
Ali Fazal who is not only limited to working in web series and Bollywood but has proved his mettle in Hollywood isn¡¯t very happy about how the industry works but he doesn¡¯t want to lose his mental peace over cribbing that.
Richa Chadha has often spoken about the unfair system that industry has especially for outsiders .And this time she openly backed her boyfriend Ali Fazal who has come a long way.
She has a complain with the Bollywood industry that despite Ali achieving so much he hasn¡¯t got what he deserves because of the nepotistic industry.

Ali Fazal who is not only limited to working in web series and Bollywood but has proved his mettle in Hollywood too . The actor has been managed to be in one of the most successful franchise film of Hollywood and that is Fast and Furious 7, while who one can imagine better Guddu Bhaiya than him in Mirzapur.
The actor admits of not being happy about how the industry works but it doesn't affect him anymore as he doesn¡¯t want to lose his mental peace
over it.
Indiatimes spoke to one of the most favourite couple of Bollywood who proudly say that they have made it on their own without any backing.
Richa and Ali are once again collaborating together and this time with a podcast ( Virus 2062 on Spotify) but are hopeful that soon they will get a chance together on celluloid.
Always Look For An Opportunity To Work With Ali Fazal
To begin with Richa said, ¡°I always look for an opportunity to work with Ali in some way so it¡¯s been a great time for us.¡±
Agreeing to his ladylove Fazal said, ¡°It¡¯s been a long wait for both of us to work together and we both have been waiting to create some stuff together which is meaningful. Spotify was kind enough to offer this. It is start for us to do something together; we start with voices, while hope to get celluloid very soon.¡±

Big Fan Of Richa Chadha, Says Ali Fazal
Talking about being a big admirer of Richa¡¯s work, Ali said,
"Richa is someone who I am fan of; it¡¯s even before when I met her. Today we both try and champion each other¡¯s work and the way she interprets just human condition and human behaviour when it comes to script is almost meditative and healing for me. I can¡¯t tell you how relaxing it is to be with a partner where you don¡¯t have to spell out anything. It¡¯s just amazing to see how unique she is. It¡¯s a discovery for me every day and I am happy to spend my life with her hopefully.¡±
Richa is one of the most conventional actress and he has done some amazing films that is Gangs Of Wasseypur,Masaan and many more.

Ali Hasn't Go What He Deserves Because Of The Nepotistic Industry
While Richa is not only a big fan of Ali but also wants the industry to give him what he deserves,
"I have actually learnt a lot form Ali. He is very thorough, even when we had to work on this podcast he was early up that day making notes on his scripts, I see him the way he works. I learnt how to be punctual from him. I really admire him a lot. His level of commitment and his hard work s just amazing and it doesn¡¯t matter even if he shooting small promo, video or if he is doing a big scene. I have seen him in the time when he was struggling between Guddu Bhaiya and Judi Dench, so that was a huge range for me. I have learnt so much by watching him. I mean he is so humble about it.
I think the world is yet to see the true scope of his talent and if it wasn't such a nepotistic industry, and if the default setting was to reward the insiders all the time it would have been a very different scenario for him. I honestly don¡¯t know who else has achieved the amount that he ahs at this age in this time in terms of range.¡±
Ali Fazal Talks About The Negligence Of The Industry Towards Him
When asked Ali about does the negligence of the industry affect him, to which he said,
"I don¡¯t think it affects me now because I have managed to see the other side. I mean other side of the world literally and to even work there, be it England of America. But I am not competing. I am not here to please just his, I look at my audience as the entire world and there is so much to do and we get stuck in our bubble trying to please each other or may be five names because we used to be hopeful ki yaar shayad kaam mil jaaye udahar. But for that shayad kaam mil jaaye udhar, I can¡¯t spoil my mental peace.¡±

Ali Has Planned To Get Married Only When Everything Is Back To Normal
Lastly talking about their marriage plans, Ali said that even now we haven¡¯t learnt to deal with the pandemic and once everything will be back to normal, only then they will think of it,
¡°I think we haven¡¯t learnt to cope the virus. Only when there is spike or there is new variant. I see people wearing masks ad that is worrisome. So let¡¯s hope we are safe and we are vigilant and only than we might think of getting married."
