Dhanush was spotted with Simbu at a producer's wedding celebrations. The two got along quite well and shared a hug. This comes at a time when 'D' is embroiled in a feud with Nayanthara. The actress was once in a relationship with Simbu.
Dhanush is one of the biggest names in the Tamil film industry. The National Award winner has impressed fans with his powerful performances and strong screen presence. The Vada Chennai actor recently attended a wedding where he caught up with Simbu. The two men shared a warm hug and got along quite well.
Dhanush bonds with Simbu at a star-studded function
Producer Aakash Baskaran¡¯s wedding proved to be a star-studded affair with some of the biggest names from the industry in attendance. Dhanush and Simbu, in particular, garnered a fair deal of attention at the function with their bromance. The actors shared a warm hug and got along like a house on fire.

This comes shortly after Nayanthara slammed Dhanush for not letting her use footage from Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (2015) in a Netflix documentary about her life. In her note, ¡®Thalaivi¡¯ accused Dhanush of behaving like a ¡®tyrant ¡¯ and said that he wasn¡¯t happy about the film¡¯s success.
Interestingly, Nayanthara also attended Aakash¡¯s wedding . However, the Aramm star and Dhanush avoided each other during the festivities.
In case you did not know, Simbu and Nayanthara were in a relationship for a few months in the mid 2000s. They even worked together in Vallavan and Idhu Namma Aalu. Their relationship, however, ended on a bitter note. Moreover, some intimate photos of the couple were leaked online. After the split, Nayanthara said that she will never work with Simbu again.
Busy time for STR, Dhanush
On the work front, Dhanush is currently awaiting the release of Kubera. The film, shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, marks his first collaboration with Rashmika Mandanna. The film also features Nagarjuna and Jim Sarbh in key roles.
Simbu, on the other hand, will next be seen in Mani Ratnam¡¯s Thug Life. The film features Kamal Haasan in the lead and is touted to be an action-thriller. It is slated to hit the screens in April, 2025. Simbu also has STR 48, directed by Desingh Periasamy, in his kitty.
