The makers of Pushpa 2 have announced that the biggie has crossed the Rs 100-crore mark at the global box office through advance sales. Moreover, as per BookMyShow, the second instalment of the Pushpa saga has become the fastest film to sell a million tickets on the platform. In doing so, it has outperformed the likes of RRR and Kalki 2898 AD

The director is best known for directing films such as 1 and Rangasthalam. .The second part of the Pushpa franchise stars Allu Arjun as a smuggler and explores the events that unfold when he takes on several menacing foes while trying to expand his ¡®empire.¡¯ The cast includes Rashmika Mandanna, Sunil, Ajay Ghosh, and Fahadh Faasil. Sreeleela has a special appearance in the flick. Its music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The 'Rockstar' received a National Award for his work on Pushpa. He has also impressed fans with his tunes in films such as Kanguva and Legend. Pushpa 2 is set to hit the screens on December 5. The makers have already confirmed that Pushpa 3 is in the works.
