Pushpa 2: Netizens disappointed with Fahadh Faasil¡¯s role, beg him to stop doing supporting parts

Pushpa 2, which hit the screens on December 5, has received rave reviews with critics praising Allu Arjun¡¯s performance and the engaging screenplay. Moreover, it opened to a thunderous response at the box office. However, Fahadh Faasil¡¯s fans are not about his role in the actioner. They feel that the Mollywood actor, who plays the titular character¡¯s foe, has been underutilised.
Pushpa 2 leaves Fahadh Faasil fans disappointed
Pushpa 2, directed by Sukumar, opened to an earth-shattering response at the ticket window on December 5 and received rave reviews from all corners. Many, however, felt that the much-hyped film failed to do justice to Fahadh Faasil¡¯s abilities. Angry fans took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to urge him to stop doing supporting roles in non-Malayalam films.

Fahadh Faasil is widely regarded as one of Mollywood¡¯s finest actors. He has impressed the audience with his intense yet realistic performances in films such as Joji and Aavesham. He is known for his ability to convey emotions through his eyes.
What¡¯s Pushpa 2 about?
Pushpa 2, one of the biggest films of the year, is an action drama that explores the events that unfold when the titular character (Allu Arjun) locks horns with those in power while trying to expand his ¡®empire¡¯. Fahadh Faasil plays SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, an IPS officer who was insulted by Pushpa in the first part. Sunil, Sritej, Ajay and Rao Ramesh have key roles in the second chapter of the Pushpa saga. Sreeleela makes a special appearance in the Kissik song.
Shreyas Talpade, best known for his work in Iqbal, has dubbed for Allu Arjun in the Hindi version. His work has been appreciated. Devi Sri Prasad serves as the music director. He bagged a National Award for his work in Pushpa. Pushpa 3, the third instalment of the franchise, has already been announced.
Pushpa 2 hit the screens on December 5.
