'Have All Intentions Of Getting Married Soon', Ranbir Kapoor Talks About Wedding With Alia Bhatt
Ranbir Kapoor was recently asked about his wedding date. The actor replied that he certainly wont reveal the date at a media interaction. He added that the two have intentions of getting married soon. The two will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in Brahmastra.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have spoked about their intent to get married on more than one occasion and fans are eagerly waiting for the special day to arrive. Rumours about their wedding keep doing rounds from time to time and the latest buzz suggests their wedding date is closer than you think.
Ranbir was recently asked about his wedding date. Speaking to NDTV, the actor replied that he certainly won't 'reveal the date at a media interaction'. Along with this, the actor added that the two have intentions of 'getting married soon'.
Ranbir said, "I won't give out a date during a media interaction. But Alia and I have all the intentions of getting married soon, so yes, hopefully soon."
Ranbir and Alia will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in Brahmastra. As per reports, the two fell in love during the shoot of the film. Helmed by Ayan Mukerji, Brahmastra: Part One is the first instalment of the ambitious trilogy that has its roots in mythology.
The shooting of the film was wrapped up recently, after five long years. Director Ayan Mukerji shared two BTS pictures of their last shooting schedule and captioned it, And finally¡ It¡¯s a Wrap! 5 years since we took our first shot on Brahm¨¡stra, and we¡¯ve finally filmed our last one! Absolutely incredible, challenging, once-in-a-lifetime journey."
Talking about shooting their last schedule in Kashi, the fimmaker wrote, "Some hand of destiny that we finished the shoot of ¡®Part One: Shiva¡¯ in Varanasi - a city infused with the spirit of Shiv Bhagwan, and that too at the most sacred Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, allowing us to finish in an atmosphere of purity, joy and blessings. Exciting days ahead, last lap ahead. 09.09.2022 - Here we come."
Meanwhile, Ranbir is busy promoting his father, late actor Rishi Kapoor's last film, Sharmaji Namkeen. The film will release on Amazon Prime Video on March 31 and is touted to be a heartwarming coming-of-age drama.
