The action comedy-drama has also piqued the curiosity as it is directed by Anil Ravipudi, who previously teamed up with the veteran actor for F2 and F3. These factors are expected to help Sankranthiki Vasthunam open to a good response at the Indian box office.

The Venkatesh-led Sankranthiki Vasthunam, the third major Telugu film of the Sankranti season, is finally here. The action comedy opened in theatres on January 14 amid fanfare. According to Ramesh Bala, a trade tracker, the film is expected to gross Rs 15 crore in India on the first day.
