SC Rejects Interim Protection For Rhea, Bihar Police Can Question Her Regarding Sushant's Case

CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput¡¯s death case and now the Maharashtra Police
has to send all the files to Bihar Police.
With this development the plea request of Rhea Chakraborty for interim protection has also been rejected. She will now have to face the Bihar Police and answer all the questions regarding Sushant¡¯s death.
As per reports, Rhea¡¯s lawyer had requested a protection order which now has been denied by the Supreme Court.
After Sushant¡¯s death, his father Krishna Kishore Singh had filed an FIR against Rhea alleging that she forced his son to die by suicide. Rhea is seeking transfer of FIR from Patna to Mumbai.
Ever since Sushant¡¯s father has filed an FIR, Rhea had gone underground but is in constant touch with her lawyer who has been giving her updates. Rhea had earlier released a social media message where she deferred all the accusations against her and showed her faith in law.
Meanwhile Sushant¡¯s sister Shweta Kirti Singh and Ankita Lokhande have expressed their happiness as CBI will now probe in Sushant¡¯s death case. 56 people have so far recorded their statement in connection to the actor's death case that includes his family members, domestic help and members from the film fraternity.
