¡®She loves to sing¡¯: Nick Jonas shares how he and Priyanka Chopra feel about Malti entering the industry
Nick Jonas opens up about his daughter Malti¡¯s love for singing, saying it¡¯s all up to her if she wants to pursue entertainment. While he¡¯s proud of her passion, he admits the industry can be tough and, as a parent, his main goal is to support her while letting her make her own choices.

And, it appears that three-year-old Malti Marie Chopra Jonas is already getting used to it.
During a recent visit on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Nick Jonas opened up about his daughter having an affection toward music and sounded like the toddler is already capable of holding a note.
¡®We have talked about it a lot. It¡¯s going to be her choice,¡¯ he said. ¡®We have a three-year-old, and she loves to sing.¡¯

Nick's comments weren¡¯t just sweet ¡ª they were reflective, too. He shared they have ¡®mixed thoughts¡¯ about their daughter joining the entertainment industry, especially given the highs and lows they've experienced in their own careers.
¡®It¡¯s scary being as a parent,¡¯ Jonas said.¡® Recalling all the events that one had gone through and what my wife has gone through in her career... it makes you think.¡¯
Nick also shared his parenting philosophy: ¡®Your job as a parent is to protect your kids, but it¡¯s also to let them fly and live their life.¡¯
Priyanka has shared similar feelings in some interviews when discussing the difficulties of fame, the pressure of being perfect, and developing your own self-identity under the public eye.
